This notice covers the current public website, early-access list and First Game preview while Lumiva is in development. It distinguishes what reaches Lumiva from what stays only in your browser.

If an adult joins the early-access list, Lumiva stores the email address, selected website language, the page where the signup occurred and any campaign tags already present in the link. Consent time is recorded. Do not submit a child’s email address or other child information.
First Game preview
The current preview stores the entered name, age, country, identity choice, gameplay events and progress only in local storage in this browser on this device. That local copy is not uploaded to Lumiva servers, connected to a parent account or used to train an AI model. Clearing this website’s browser data removes it.
Website delivery and security
Hosting providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser or device details, requested pages and timestamps to deliver, secure and maintain the website.
Future child and product data
Before child accounts, server-side gameplay data or AI-assisted analysis are introduced, Lumiva will publish a fuller product notice, parental-consent controls, retention periods, deletion choices and clear information about who can access the data and whether it may be used to improve models.
